Your UnderGlow Up VIP membership starts with a 14-day free trial. After the trial, your membership automatically renews at $29.99 USD every 28 days until cancelled. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first membership charge.
HOW MUCH DOES VIP COST?
Your first 14 days are free. After that, membership costs $29.99 USD every 28 days and renews automatically until cancelled.
WHAT DO I GET AS A VIP MEMBER?
Enjoy 20% off products, access to the UnderGlow Up VIP platform and community, and challenges where you can collect points redeemable for free products. Connect with other members and share your setup.
HOW DO I ACCESS THE CLUB PLATFORM?
Visit the UnderGlow Up Club platform to sign in or create your account. If you need help accessing your VIP benefits, contact support@theunderglowup.com with the email address used for your membership purchase.
HOW DO CHALLENGES AND REWARDS WORK?
Take part in available challenges on the Club platform and collect points towards rewards. Check each challenge and reward for its requirements, points needed and availability. Physical products are not automatically included with membership.
CAN I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
Yes. You can request cancellation at any time through our online cancellation form or by emailing support@theunderglowup.com. Please use the email address associated with your purchase.
The form sends a request to our support team. Submitting it does not automatically stop recurring billing; please look out for confirmation that your cancellation has been processed.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I CANCEL?
Once your cancellation has been processed, your VIP membership will no longer renew. For confirmation of your cancellation or questions about remaining access, contact support@theunderglowup.com.
